Thoughts on Poetry
Poetry is a way for us to express our feelings without being too direct, we can write what we want on whatever in this world that inspires us, whether is a loved person, the bright moon, or a simple shoe. When writing poetry, we write usually on something that we have a strong feeling about, whether is a love or hate feeling. When people read our poetry, they can define it in many ways, because we write in some sort of secret key in which one word can mean an ocean of feelings and experiences, or because they relate somehow to the poem, maybe because on word of our poem reminds them of their emotions or experiences. Poetry is the key to the deepest part of our hearts and brains, connecting to the psychoanalythic theory with the id, ego, and superego.
